Here are your next steps

STEP 1

DOWNLOAD + SET UP THE “WHATSAPP” APP TO YOUR PHONE AND JOIN THESE 2 GROUPS:

DOWNLOAD THE APP “MY FITNESS PAL” TO YOUR PHONE

STEP 3

DOWNLOAD THE “PT DISTINCTION” (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR ANDROID BUT CAN BE ACCESSED VIA THE NET ONCE I SEND YOU A LINK TO YOUR APP PROFILE)

STEP 4

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR EQIPMENT ALL READY TO GO. YOU WILL NEED:

  • A phone, tablet or a laptop/computer to access your app (you can even have it on all 3 types of devices so you are always on track)

  • A heavier and a lighter set of dumbbells (or a good range so you can go up in weights size as your muscles get stronger)

  • A resistance band (long band with or without handles - again I recommend a couple resistance's so you can go up in resistance as your muscles get stronger)

  • A fitness mat

**PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ALSO IMPROVISE WITH THINGS AROUND YOUR HOME SUCH AS WATER BOTTLES, TOWELS - GET CREATIVE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT - BUT FOR BEST RESULTS I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU GETTING SOME OR BORROWING SOME GEAR OFF A FRIEND
