CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAY 9:15 AM – ABS & BOOTY EXPRESS (30 MINS)

Strengthen, Sculpt & Feel the Burn.

We don’t just tone your core and glutes - we shape them. A fast, focused workout designed to fire up your muscles and leave you feeling the burn (in the best way possible).

Perfect for: Busy mornings, quick wins and setting the tone for a high-energy week.

WEDNESDAY 5:40 PM – TOTAL BODY (50 MINS)

Build Strength & Confidence.

You’ll work every muscle, challenge your limits and leave feeling like you just unlocked a new level of badass.

✓Perfect for: Smashing your midweek workout, releasing stress, and proving to yourself what you're capable of.

WEDNESDAY 6:40 PM – PILATES EXPRESS (30 MINS)

Strengthen, Stretch & Align.

The perfect class to pair with Total Body. To build core strength, glute strength + to create lean toned muscle definition. You’ll be guided through movements that make you feel centred, strong and in control and finish the day craving more.

✓Perfect for: Building long, lean muscles, resetting your body, easing tension and ending your day feeling calm + on a high.

SATURDAY 7:00 AM – PILATES (45 MINS)

Start Your Weekend Just Right.

You have no idea how much energy this class will bring to you through your weekend. You will have so much energy and feel on cloud nine! This is your time to feel the Pilates burn (if you know you know), reset and recharge. Focused + intentional movements will deepen your strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling incredible—inside and out.

✓Perfect for: Early risers, building strength without burnout, recharging and resetting your body and setting the tone for an amazing weekend.
