CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAY 9:15 AM - ABS & BOOTY EXPRESS (30 mins)

Strengthen, Sculpt, Feel the Burn.
Start your week with a focused, high-energy class that targets your core and glutes. This quick yet powerful session will leave you feeling the burn—and loving it.

Perfect for: Busy mornings, getting toned and starting the week strong.

WEDNESDAY 5:40 PM - TOTAL BODY (50 mins)

Build Strength & Confidence, Head to Toe.
This dynamic full-body class combines strength, cardio, and mobility for a complete workout that leaves no muscle untouched.

Perfect for: Smashing midweek goals, releasing stress and feeling unstoppable.

WEDNESDAY 6:40 PM - PILATES EXPRESS (30 mins)

Strengthen, Stretch, Align.
A quick yet effective class to reconnect with your body, improve posture, and strengthen your core. Flow through movements that leave you feeling strong, centered, and in control.

Perfect for: Building long, lean muscles and ending your day with calm confidence.

SATURDAY 7:00 AM - PILATES (45 mins)

Start Your Weekend Feeling Empowered.
This full-length Pilates class is your time to reset, recharge and feel incredible in your body. Focused, intentional movements will leave you stronger, more flexible and ready to take on the weekend.

Perfect for: Early risers, creating space in your day, and starting your weekend off right.

All classes are held at the Lutheran Church Hall, Kapunda S.A. 5373

  • 6-Class Pack (2-Month Expiry): $150

  • 10-Class Pack (4-Month Expiry): $250

  • Classes are held at the Kapunda Lutheran Church Hall

    23 South Terrace, Kapunda

  • You will need to bring your own fitness mat, drink bottle, towel and long resistance band to class (:

  • With Casual Membership you are able to come to ANY 1 class within that week.

    With Platinum Membership this gives you access to ALL classes unlimited within a week and any missed sessions will be forfeited.

  • Absolutely you can! That's no trouble at all and we can adjust accordingly

  • I would love to say that I accept cash but unfortunately it’s too hard to keep track of my end. (following up, receipts etc…)

    My classes are by membership or alternatively you can purchase a class voucher pack. If that was something you would be interested in doing feel free to send me a message (:

  • No! Not at all - you are free to cancel at any time and are not locked in at all!


    Although I would love for you stay!

  • With advanced notice we can pause your membership and get you started up with classes again when you return!

  • There will be no classes on public holidays. I do offer my clients homework sessions.

    We all start somewhere and my sessions are catered to all fitness levels - where I give options for you to choose from for certain exercises.
