EQUIPMENT I RECCOMEND FOR THE PROGRAM

  • A fitness mat

  • A heavier set of dumbbells (4kg or 5kg or 6kg) and lighter set of dumbbells (2kg or 3kg) or a combination of a few different sizes

  • a long resistance band (can use one with handles or one without handles - I prefer handle-less)
