**TIP: Log in each and every single day to see what’s on your schedule and action on it to have that “completed” feeling! These small wins are the secret to big changes.

STEP 3:

DOWNLOAD THE APP “MY FITNESS PAL” TO YOUR PHONE.

**You’ll use this to track meals and keep those nutrition goals locked in!

STEP 4

Get your equipment ready!

  • A phone, tablet or a laptop/computer: to access your app (you can even have it on all 3 types of devices so you are always on track)

  • A heavier and a lighter set of dumbbells: (or a good range so you can go up in weights size as your muscles get stronger)

  • A resistance band: (long band with or without handles - again I recommend a couple resistance's so you can go up in resistance as your muscles get stronger)

  • A fitness mat

**PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ALSO IMPROVISE WITH THINGS AROUND YOUR HOME SUCH AS WATER BOTTLES, TOWELS - GET CREATIVE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT - BUT FOR BEST RESULTS I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU GETTING SOME OR BORROWING SOME GEAR OFF A FRIEND

💙Every week brings new milestones, reflection and progress to be proud of! We’re gonna be setting weekly goals to help you zero in on what you want to achieve for that week.

💙We’re also going to have daily reflections: use the prompts to reflect to see your progress and to celebrate each days achievements.

💙When you can see just how far you’re going… it becomes so much easier to keep that momentum going!
